All intellectual property rights related to Viktoria (including content, trademarks, logos, and software) are owned by Viktoria or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these rights is strictly prohibited.

Viktoria uses Claude, an AI technology developed by Anthropic, to power certain features including the in-app assistant Viktoria and AI receipt scanning. By using these features, you agree to Anthropic's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Viktoria disclaims all liability for any outcomes generated by Claude. AI-generated results may not be accurate or appropriate in all cases — always review before acting on them.

Viktoria respects your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We use analytical tools to gather anonymous, aggregated information to understand how the app is used and improve it. This data is not linked to individual users.

Viktoria shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. The app is provided "as is" and "as available."
